Nicky is an Associate in the firm’s Construction and Engineering team. She specialises in non‑contentious construction, engineering and infrastructure projects and has advised a wide range of private and public sector clients on all aspects of the procurement and development of infrastructure projects across a range of sectors, including mixed-use commercial and residential developments, refurbishments, solar and wind farms, logistics and warehousing projects, roading projects, rail, airports, hotels, hospitals, schools and civic building developments and refurbishment. 

Prior to working at CMS, Nicky worked at a leading New Zealand corporate law firm and as in-house legal counsel at Downer Group, the leading provider of integrated services across the South Pacific.

Nicky has worked on projects in the following jurisdictions: United Kingdom, New Zealand, Australia, Solomon Islands, Niue and Tokelau.
